KNEE ASSESSMENT
The knee depends on the foot below and the hip above. When either joint loses mobility or stability, the knee is forced to compensate.

Complete the Foot and Hip Assessments first to identify the true source of your movement dysfunction before starting the Knee Program.

MOBILITY TEST
Complete these assessments first
Foot & Ankle Assessment - Check your foot mobility, arch function, ankle mobility, and overall foot mechanics.

Hip & Pelvis Assessment - Evaluate hip mobility, pelvic control, rotation, and movement quality.
Together, these assessments identify the most common movement compensations that overload the knee.

Which Program Should You Choose?
It sits between the foot and the hip, so pain often develops because one or both of these joints aren't moving or stabilizing properly.

That's why we don't recommend treating the knee as an isolated joint.
Start by completing both assessments:
Foot & Ankle Assessment
Hip & Lower Back Assessment

These tests will help identify where your movement restrictions begin.
If your main limitation comes from the foot or ankle, combine the Foot Program with the Knee Program.
If your main limitation comes from the hip or pelvis, combine the Hip & Lower Back Program with the Knee Program.
If you have restrictions throughout the entire lower body, we recommend working through all three programs together for the best long-term results.

The goal isn't simply to reduce knee pain.
The goal is to restore the entire movement chain:
Foot → Ankle → Knee → Hip → Pelvis

KNEE MOBILITY PROTOCOL - 5 WEEK SYSTEM
This protocol is designed to restore healthy knee function by improving mobility, stability, strength, and movement control throughout the entire lower body.
The progression follows a logical sequence:

Release → Mobility → Stability → Strength → Functional Integration

Each protocol builds on the previous one, helping the body develop better knee mechanics, single-leg stability, balance, coordination, and movement efficiency.

Most people spend 5–10 days on each protocol before progressing to the next stage.
Move forward only when movement quality, control, and confidence improve.
The goal is not simply to strengthen the knee.

The goal is to restore the connection between the foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, and core, allowing the entire lower body to move as one efficient system.

and the root cause of your issues.
